• Hold our standards high. This will keep the group prestigious and provide colleges with nothing but high-caliber football players. 
• The most important things we are evaluating is character, work ethic, will-power, and the motives of the player and parent.

Process at a glance;

• We go through a process very similar to yours. Visit schools, meet with coaches and players, collect recruiting vitals, establish personal contact, and evaluate the players viability to fit-in and perform. 
• The top 100 will ONLY include players and parents who are motivated to be college football players. We will be protective of the integrity of the selection process. If there's only 75 players that meet our standards, then the group will only have 75 players.  (*Once a player receives an official offer from an FBS/FCS school, they will be removed from our prospect roster. Players with D1 PWO's will remain candidates. Kids with 1-2 FCS offers will remain on a reserved list.)
• The players will all be in one-place at one-time in December; providing you with a one-stop opportunity to recruit the state. Location and setting TBD. Likely a convention/hotel space. Currently seeking venues near the airport to reduce your recruiting costs.

The Top 100 Candidates will NOT be published directly onto this page until early December when it is publicly announced. Once signed on as an endorsing Institution, you will receive the list of players, contact info, and vitals (tests, GPA, fafsa etc.) via email.

There are 220 high school teams in Arizona. You're being handed a TRUE prospect list of the entire state without the expense of traveling to the 30-60 select schools. AND you will be given an opportunity to meet most of them in-person over the course of 1 to 2 days. We will host a meet-up.  Location and setting TBD. Likely a convention/hotel space. Currently seeking venues  relatively close to the airport to reduce your need to rent a vehicle.  

We live in Arizona. We scout Arizona in-person & year round...no flights, no hotels, no car rental, no recruiting calendar. We have extensive time to truly evaluate and locate the BEST small college football players in the state.
